We are Milton Keynes’s No1 weight training and bodybuilding fitness facility.  We have a wide selection of Hammer Strength, Cybex, Nautilus equipment and much more.  This includes plate loaded, selectorised and free weight gym equipment for all levels.  We have extensive weight training and leg stretching equipment to hand.  We have two full sets of dumbbells ranging from 1kg to 100kg.  We have over 10,000kgs of free weight plates to hand so you’ll never go without.
